Hi, I'm Marcus Recarte, LCSW

I am a licensed clinical social worker. I believe in the fact that we have the innate ability to heal, and the right to happiness. I came into this work because, I too experienced some of the same challenges and emotions mentioned above.

I provide psychotherapy for all individuals, who struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and transformational life coaching to help individuals live life to their full potential.

 

My clients learn to break self-defeating thoughts and behaviors by helping them seek the possibilities by working towards acceptance, forgiveness, and compassion. I provide several different evidenced based interventions, such as Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Solution Focus Brief Therapy (SFBT).

I also help my clients  develop healthy coping skills, and incorporate a mind, body, spirit approach to self-care.
